The Mental Health Awareness committee meetings include a special speaker each month.

Speaker:

Andy Schlauch - Executive Director of the Chihuly Collection and Morean Glass Studio

Andy is working on a program to help Seniors with Dementia/Alzheimer’s attend museums and places like his with their Caregivers (CG), where the CG attends for FREE!

“As someone who has a family member who suffers from PTSD, I've seen first hand how art and creativity can help. The AoV program doesn't just show that we care about our veterans and service members but shows how we can provide opportunities to truly support members of our community.”
