Form Instructions

You can make your Sponsorship donation using this form.

  1. Please make sure to choose Silver Santas. 
  2. Choose "Donate Other Amount" if you're sponsoring at a level above $100 (You can also choose this option if you're donating $100.)
  3. In the Comments section, please enter your
    • Level and Name: Your Sponsorship Level and how you would like your organization's name to be mentioned.
    • Contact Person: The contact details of your liaison with us.
    • Logo: Enter a link to the logo you would like us to use, or email us with your high-resolution logo. 
    • Personal/Gift Sponsorship: If you are a person or family (or are gifting a sponsorship), please indicate how you would like us to mention your/their name(s). (e.g. "Mary Smith" or "The Smith Family")
