Mental Wellness for Seniors, Round-Table Discussion. There will be no scheduled speaker this month. We will discuss what current challenges in maintaining mental wellness in our senior community is facing and brainstorm potential solutions that can be implemented. 

Together we will:

  • Network with other professionals serving the senior community and those who provide mental health services
  • Discuss trending techniques, current challenges and community resources
  • Find new ways to prioritize your mental health and well-being
