Join us for a focused planning session dedicated to our upcoming flagship events—Drag Queen Bingo and the LGBTQ+ Consortium. We’ll finalize entertainment, volunteer assignments, donation drives, and promotional strategies to ensure both events make a lasting impact.

Topics will include:

  • Finalizing donation and raffle item commitments

  • Assigning volunteer roles and event-day tasks

  • Reviewing and approving marketing and outreach plans

  • Vendor/resource table coordination for the LGBTQ+ Consortium

  • Timeline check and action item updates

This is a working meeting—come ready to collaborate, bring your updates, and help us make these events unforgettable.

These meetings will be in-person and available via Zoom.
